- The 1st annual Classic Car Poker Run is Saturday October 24 2020. It starts at Minnesott Golf & Country Club at 8:30am. It finishes at Lou Mac Park & South Avenue on the Neuse River waterfront. We are holding a fun social distance friendly activity. Start at Pro-Speed Autoworks (Sullyfield Cir location) any time between 8-10am. You’ll pick up your first playing card and get directions for the locations of the other cards. Pick up 5 total cards and end up at Pro-Speed's new, second location for a tour and refreshments!! The drive is approx 18 miles and 40 minutes depending on traffic.
Odds On Promotions helps make insuring a poker run promotion a piece of cake! All you’ll need to do is determine how much you’d like your insured grand prize to be valued at (poker runs can be insured up to $50,000!) and how many hands you expect to sell. You’ll also want to determine what self-sponsored prizes you’ll want to be giving.
This is a FREE event, but we do ask that you bring some canned goods, blankets or old coats that we will donate to the area homeless shelter.

Auto Poker Run Rules
What is an ATV poker run? An ATV poker run is an event in which a group of ATV riders start out in one location and are given directions to various checkpoints. When each rider in the ATV poker run reaches one of those checkpoints they are given a marked playing card. Most poker runs have either 5 or 7 checkpoints and the object of the run is to have the best poker hand at the end of the event.
Is there a time limit to ATV poker runs? Yes, in general there is a time limit but it is not set as to force you to rush, instead it is set in order to have time to wrap up the event and hand out the prizes.
Prizes? Yes, most ATV poker runs ask for a small sign-up fee in order to pay for the prizes which may be cash or sponsor discounts. Charity ATV poker runs are popular in that 100% of the proceeds are donated to a charity in the name of the sponsor and the winner.
Getting out and meeting other ATV enthusiasts is what makes ATV poker runs fun. Making new friends, having a good time at a BBQ, having an excuse to ride the quad, all good!
