We were staying at the Hollywood Casino Hotel in Bay St. Over the 4th and 5th of Aug. Check in time is at 3pm, we arrived at 11am so that the children could go swimming. We had to get arm bands and temporary room keys for pool access. We were told that our rooms would not be ready till 4pm, We didn't get our room till 5:15 pm.
